1.Product
- made to order
- product price is related to the cost of raw material
2. Orders
- minimum of 2,000 US$ purchase
- at least 50 pieces per product item
- for urgent order, it shall be at least 100 pieces/customer/month or 10% charge for less than 100 pieces
3.Product price
- the product price refer to FOB
- If there's change in cost of raw material, customer will be notified
4.Production time
- First-in,First-out
- avaibility of sample is approximately 3-4 weeks depending on the product complexity
- product will be avialible within 5-7 weeks after receiving the first payment.
- In case that the number of product exceed capacity, or the raw material is running out of market, the customer will be notified for extension
5.Payment
- the payment shall be paid in full for the sample.
- for the first payment will be 30% of product price, to be paid within 7 days after customer's confirmation
- if the purchase exceeds 10,000 US$ it is necessary to pay 50% of product price for the first payment
- payment can be made by T/T or transferring to company's bank account
6.Quality guaranty
- if the damaged cause by the production process or not following to order, the company will be responsible for the customer shall be informed within 15 days
7.Cancellation
- If there's any invoice cancellation, customer would inform at least 5 days after transferring downpayment
- If there any invoice cancellation within 5 days but not over 10 days the customer must pay for production 15% per each
- If there any invoice cancellation within 7 days but not over 10 days the customer must pay for production 25% per each
- If there any invoice cancellation occurred after 20 days, no refund
8. Packaging & Delivery
- Packaging separate by code, size
- The description is posted in front of the package
- Transportation by Fed-ex company
- Transportation and insurance charge are paid by customer |
